The
IPAQ plant in Lavilledieu processes container glass from Ardèche
and Rhône Alpes (South
East France
).
This plant was created to meet the needs of O-I (ex
BSN) in Labégude and to supply the furnaces with 95 000
tons of cullet to make “Bourguignonne” bottles (“dead-leaf”
coloured).
The equipment of this traditional plant includes all
high-performance devices in terms of quality control and sorting
of unwanted components : laser technology sorting machines and
eddy current machines. The plant has been certified (ISO 9001 and
ISO 14001) as well.
